Transparent handling.
This policy explains how data submitted through the investor, franchise and property journeys is handled. The form sends data only after an explicit action; the application does not keep a local applications database.
Data, purposes and legal basis
We process the contact, commercial profile, territory, investment or property data you choose to provide in order to respond, assess fit and prepare possible pre-contractual steps. The legal basis is your request for pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, the consent given for contact. Minimum technical records may be processed for security and abuse prevention on the basis of legitimate interests.
Recipients and transfers
Where necessary, data may be made available to authorised commercial teams and to hosting, form-delivery, CRM, email or WhatsApp providers used in the selected journey. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, safeguards required by applicable law will be used. You may request current information on providers and safeguards from the privacy contact.
Retention and security
Data is kept for as long as needed to assess and follow up the enquiry and afterwards only for the period required by legal obligations or the defence of legal claims. Do not send identity documents, bank details or sensitive information in this first contact. No decision on an application is made solely by automated means.
Your rights
